Bolinas Contest Terms
BIRTHDAY BOLINAS CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SponsorThe Birthday Bolinas Contest (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Young Days ("Sponsor"). ELIGIBILITY - Open to kids ages 8 and under who are residents of the United States. A parent or legal guardian must submit the entry. Promotion Period - The Promotion begins on July 14, 2026, at 12:00 AM PT and ends on July 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). HOW TO ENTER - During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by: Going to www.youngdays.com/bolinas-coloring-contestSubmit their entry using the online order form.Your child may submit more than one (1) entry. Siblings are welcome to enter as well. PRIZE - One (1) winner will receive -Their artwork transformed into our Birthday Month Limited Edition Bolinas Pants A feature across Young Days email, website, and social channels One pair of the finished Bolinas in their preferred size If we incorporate elements from additional submissions into the final design or campaign, those families will also receive a $50 Young Days Gift Card as a thank you. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION- One (1) winner will be selected by the Young Days creative team from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner's drawing may be altered slightly to conform to screen printing methods and manufacturing processes. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their artwork submission. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. ODDS OF WINNING - The winner is selected by the discretion of the Young Days creative team. GENERAL CONDITIONS - By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Release and Limitation of Liability - By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, damage, or injury arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.PrivacyInformation collected in connection with the Promotion is subject to Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.
