Who is Young Days?
Young Days is a children’s clothing company driven by sustainability and a desire to make high quality, fun, and functional clothes for babies and kids. Our goal is to take the guesswork out of getting dressed. We’re a small, family-run enterprise based in New York, Utah, and California. Through having children of our own, we saw the need for something different and we want to help families like yours find affordable, comfortable, and cute clothing for the most important little people in your lives.
How is your brand sustainable?
Our clothing is made from organic and/or recycled fabrics and 100% recycled materials. The factories we work with have been consciously selected for their sustainable and fair business practices. Our fabrics and construction are of the highest quality and made to last. This focus on quality, combined with our approach on unisex dressing, allows for all of our clothing to be handed down between siblings or friends for years to come, which leads to less clothing in the land fill. It’s a win-win-win if you ask us! Even our packaging is recycled and made from post-consumer waste and recycled materials.
How does Young Days give back?
We’re working to partner with a variety of charitable organizations whose ideals align with our brand philosophies. Our goal is to give back 3% of every purchase to worthy causes that support programs for children and other vulnerable groups in need. We see it as our opportunity to do good while also making ethical products for the modern family.
Do you offer any promo codes or discounts?
Our goal is to provide affordable and fairly priced children’s clothing and we generally don’t offer deep promotions or discounts. We’ve designed our “bundles” to provide a discount when you purchase multiple items together.
From time to time, it's our pleasure to extend certain offers and promotions to new and existing customers. The best way to be informed about current promotions and discounts is to subscribe to our emails, and to visit our site where sales are frequently messaged to customers. How can I get a return label?
Returns are processed through Loop. Follow this link to get a return started. We offer returns or exchanges of clearly unworn, undamaged clothing with the tags still on within 30 days of delivery. We offer free exchanges, but we charge a $5 restocking fee for all other returns.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for orders of $50 or more. Otherwise, we offer standard shipping rates. Most orders arrive in 4-7 business days with standard delivery. We also offer various express options if you need your order sooner.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse located in California.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t offer international shipping at this time, although we’re working on expanding our shipping areas in the future. We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S.
sourcing and sizing
How do you offer lower prices than competitors for the same quality?
At Young Days, we manufacture our own clothing and sell directly to you, exclusively through our website. By avoiding go-between brokers, retail markups, and the high costs of brick-and-mortar stores, we can offer you lower prices.
How do I know what size to buy?
Look for our size charts on each product page, which provide a range of estimated heights and weights for each size. If you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we can also help guide you to the right size based on your child’s height, weight, and the size they wear in other brands.
Do your clothes shrink?
Our clothes are pre-washed so you shouldn't experience shrinkage. We recommend washing them in cool water and drying on low in order to prevent any potential shrinkage.

What is your return policy?
Items may be exchanged for free for 30 days, or returned for a $5 restocking fee. We ask that the items be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I get a return label?
You can initiate your return using this link and print a prepaid return label. We use a third party service called Loop to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
If you have a damaged or defective item, items can still be returned through the Loop app. Email us first at email@example.com and we’ll take care of you.
